Went and had a checkup and clean today and it was the best experience I’ve had at any dentist. The staff were very friendly and professional. They had flexible appointment times and worked around my needs, even sent me a reminder text to confirm. I Was running late on the day but they were understanding and there was no wait time when I got there. All in all a pleasant experience. I can’t wait to rebook and get some whitening done also!
Had a professional zoom whitening procedure done here with awesome results. Dr Hanna and his beautiful assistant were incredibly welcoming and friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen to put my mind at ease. I felt like I was in safe hands and was lucky to have a completely painless experience!
The team really give their full attention to each patient – something that you dont find at bigger dental clinics where you’re just another patient. It’s a family run practice and you really feel like they are looking out for you like one of their own.
Needed a urgent tooth extraction on Saturday. I called other local dentist but got no reply back. I walked passed family dental service, dialled their phone number and was answered promptly and they booked my extraction appointment for same day.
My tooth extraction was the best dental experience I have had. Procedure was explained well and extraction was quick and easy.

Had my wisdom tooth pulled out here on Saturday. Dr Philip is the BEST dentist in Australia. I have heard only good things about him and after my experience by him, I have to say that he is the best. I have no pain, no swelling. His very professional, friendly and knows what he is doing. Made me feel so comfortable. This is the only place I will recommend now as there isn’t another place as good. This is the best you will find. Trust me!
